End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Ease Your Accounting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("EYA"), and the client organization and each individual who uses the EYA Financial Dashboard application (the "App") at dashboard.easeyouraccounting.com ("you"). By signing in to the App or authorizing it to connect to QuickBooks Online, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License
EYA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your organization's internal business purposes while you are an EYA client. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, modify, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
2. Accounts
Logins are created by EYA for people you authorize. You are responsible for keeping passwords confidential and for activity under your logins. Tell us promptly if you believe a login has been compromised or a user's access should be removed.
3. QuickBooks Online connection
By authorizing the App in QuickBooks Online, you allow EYA to retrieve company information and financial reports from your QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's API, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect the App at any time from QuickBooks Online or by contacting us. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; EYA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.
4. Nature of the information
The App displays figures taken from your QuickBooks Online records. They are unaudited and only as accurate and complete as those records and the most recent sync. Consolidated figures across multiple companies are simple totals and may not reflect intercompany eliminations. The App is provided for information and management reporting; it is not tax, legal, investment or audit advice.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the App available and data refreshed regularly, but the App depends on third-party services (including Intuit, Supabase and Cloudflare) and may occasionally be unavailable or out of date.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EYA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the App. EYA's total liability relating to the App will not exceed the fees you paid EYA in the three months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
Your license ends when your engagement with EYA ends, or earlier if you breach this Agreement. EYA may suspend access to protect the security of the App or other clients. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update this Agreement and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
